First of all, you need to get a job,
To do so, you have to go to the Job Market, through the menu bar.
Then you have to select the second market, the "Job Market" and look for a job.
This is how the job market looks.
By default will be displayed job offers available in the country where you are currently located. To get a job, you need to be located in the country.
Please note: if a country is completely conquered, you will not be able to get a job there until at least on region is conquered back.
The salary is always accorded to your location country currency (in eRepublik all conversion ratios are 1:1, so when receiving your salary in CHF, the amount will be exactly the same). Not all countries have the same salaries: wealthier (and larger) countries usually have also higher salaries, small (or erased) countries usually have the lowest, so you should consider moving to a different country to get a job.
Note: after getting a job, you DON'T NEED to stay in that country, you can freely move all over the world and keep working. The only moment staying in a precise country is needed, is when you're about to get your job.
Biggest Military Units usually also provide a job for their soldiers: you can work for the lowest allowed salary and, in exchange, you will receive a certain amount (depending on the MU) of weapons (or weapons + food).
Usually, even if the monetary salary is very low, the supplies you get as reward have a higher price, so it's a good job if you want to have enough weapons to fight.
Best way to know about MU offering jobs is sending a Private Message to the Military Unit Commander.
Let's go back to Job market!
After applying for a job, you will be able to work going to "My Places".
In this page you will be able to work as an employee in your employer's factory, or to work as a manager in your own factories.
